To enable SMS filtering:

1. Open the Home screen of the app.
   
   

2. Tap on SMS Filtering.
   
   

3. Follow the step-by-step instructions to add the required extension.
   

4. Once setup is complete, SMS filtering will be activated, and spam messages will be sorted automatically.
