Why is the VPN not connecting?

If the VPN is not connecting, please check the following:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • Restart the app and try again.



If the issue continues, go to your iPhone Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and remove any existing profiles, then reconnect through the app.
