I’m Not Receiving Breach Alerts — How Can I Fix This?

To receive alerts about data breaches:



  • Confirm you’ve enabled breach monitoring in the app’s settings.

  • Make sure Notifications are allowed for the app in iPhone Settings > Notifications.

    • Verify that you’ve added at least one email address to monitor.

    • Check your phone’s notification settings—make sure alerts from the app are allowed.

    • Perform a manual breach check to confirm everything is working correctly.
